The unique combination of almost 20 years as an organisational leader across sales, operations, marketing and people processes alongside my continual personal development and life-long learning including my MSc in People & Organisational Development, allows me to combine practical experience with experiential learning and academic theory.

When it comes to problem solving I don't just address what is happening on the surface, instead I ascertain and understand the root causes using double and triple-loop thinking. This allows me to find solutions that are multi-dimensional and sustainable - I don't just paper over the cracks.
I became a Director of my first company, a B2B vehicle leasing company, aged 25. After selling my shares and taking some time to travel I helped a previous client launch his solicitors firm before moving into estate agency where I held leadership positions in independent, corporate and start-up estate agencies for over 15 years.
I've taken businesses from mediocre to market leading; created and implemented business strategies that have delivered a 25% increase in profits; recruited teams from scratch and trained and developed people from new starters to directors and business owners.
I am a life-long learner having studied marketing via CIM and law via CILEX. Most recently I've completed an MSc in People & Organisational Development at the renowned Roffey Park Institute with my dissertation centred on power and purpose within organisations.
